Deep Rest Sound Bath with Mia: Nervous System Reset

This month’s gathering centers on a true nervous system reset. We’ll ease into the evening with warm tea and soft lighting, then settle in for an experience built around helping your body shift out of stress mode and into something softer.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or disconnected from yourself, this evening is designed to help you slow down and reset.
Join us for a calming, immersive experience that blends a peaceful, supportive environment with the deeply restorative effects of sound healing. You’ll be welcomed into a cozy space with warm tea, soft lighting, and a gentle transition into stillness.
The evening begins with light grounding and breathwork to help your body settle, and your mind begin to quiet. From there, you’ll be guided into a relaxing sound bath led by guest practitioner Mia Farstad, sound healer and founder of Elevate by Mia. Mia’s approach weaves together tones, vibrations, and frequencies to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Many participants experience a sense of emotional release, mental clarity, or a deeply restful, meditative state.
This experience is designed to support:

You don’t need any prior experience. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow your body to rest. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and reconnected.
What to expect:
- A quiet, cozy, small-group setting (12 attendees maximum)
- Warm tea and a welcoming environment
- Guided grounding and breathwork to help you settle in
- A 40 to 45 minute immersive sound bath
- Quiet time to rest, reflect, or journal before transitioning back
